Innovation Week Kickoff Event: Our State of Innovation

  • Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET) 266 Main Street Burlington, VT, 05401 United States (map)

Innovation is defined in many different ways, but at its core, innovation is about bringing into existence brilliant and socially relevant ideas to create significant positive change. But what does it take to be innovative?

This event, hosted by the Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET), will bring together experts, entrepreneurs, innovators, and decision-makers to discuss what is required for Vermont to further grow into an innovation hub.

Introductory remarks by Governor Phil Scott (or his representative), Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger, and UVM President Garimella will kick-off Innovation Week. Following these remarks, a panel discussion will explore the state of innovation in Vermont.

Panelists to be announced soon! The panel will be moderated by John Antonucci,  Director of Entrepreneurship, LaunchVT.

This event will be free and open to the public. Registration will be limited, and will open soon.
